Project Summary
In these days of high-speed communication and over-sacred outward appearance, medium and small-sized airlines need to regularly and appropriately interact with the various safety, regulatory and other commercial established organizations and institutions if they want to be considered on an equal foot and be granted the same opportunities than their (larger) competitors.
This action must be part of a well-though external communication strategy. Airlines should not wait until they face a crisis situation - like the placement on the EU Ban List for example - before taking the appropriate action.

Project Description
Airsource Partners’ reservoir of expertise includes communication experts who can help you efficiently represent your Airline at several institutions like EU, EASA, IATA, selected governments, etc .. Conversely, the same experts will relay the communication coming from the same institutions in destination to your Airline and will make sure it is properly transmitted and understood by all involved at your Airline for action as required.

Our experts will regularly represent your Airline to these institutions in regular face-to-face meetings.
